Repair process - simple and transparent

    You send the defective device to our service center.
  2. Inspection and cost estimate:
    Upon receipt, we prepare an inspection report and, on this basis, a transparent cost estimate.
  3. Release by the customer:
    You check the cost estimate and give us your approval for the repair.
  4. Repair and function test:
    After your approval, we carry out the repair. The device is then subjected to a final function test.
  5. Return shipment:
    After a successful repair, we will return your device to you as quickly as possible.
